If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by you or us. You may stop using the site at any time. We may terminate or restrict your access at our discretion, without notice, if we believe you've violated these Terms — obligations incurred prior to termination will survive.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any posted site policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding use of this website, superseding any prior agreements or communications on the subject. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from use of this site must be brought in the state or federal courts located in St. Johns County, Florida.

This site is intended for adult property owners, buyers, sellers, and commercial entities. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. You must be at least 18 to submit a valuation request, representation agreement, or contract application through this site.
